What happens if I experience difficulty at the payment page?

Please contact us and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your spam mail. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please send us an email of your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

When there is ready stock, we will always indicate on the product page that the delivery will take place in 3-4 Working Days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping Cost is calculated based on the size of the DryCabinet. It ranges from $15-$20

Delivery will be made within 3-4 working days if stocks are available. In the event that item is out of stock, your order will still be processed and you will be notified when stocks arrive and along with the delivery schedule.

I have not received my item?

You can provide your order number from the sales order emai and we will track your order from there.

Your Eureka Dry Cabinet is guaranteed against manufacturing defects and workmanship from date of purchase from Uni-Stat Technology Pte Ltd (www.drycabinets.com.sg) . This warranty is only valid inSingapore under the following guidelines and conditions:

  • 1) Only the Dehumidification module/unit in the Dry Cabinet is covered under a 5-year local “carry-in” warranty effective from date of purchase. This limited warranty covers only defects occurring during the normal usage and handling of the product.
  • 2) Cabinet body and Hygrometer are covered for period of one year
  • 3) Repairs under warranty can only be carried out upon presentation of original purchase receipt from Uni-Stat Technology Pte Ltd or simply provide us with your DryCabinet serial no. found at the back of the cabinet (eg: SGA51-15xxxxxx1)
  • 4) That if any time during the warranty period, inner parts of the dry unit are removed, tampered, modified or repaired in any way whatsoever by unauthorized persons, the warranty shall immediately cease to be valid.
  • 5) That our decision on all questions relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or of materials shall be conclusive and the buyer shall agree to abide by such a decision. Any appliance or defective part which has been replaced shall become our property
  • 6) That this warranty shall cease to be valid and void if appliance is export or removed fromSingapore. This warranty shall not be transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party
  • 7) That there shall be no removal, alteration, defacement, or made illegible / tampered of any kind of the serial number on the appliance.
  • 8) Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration or failure of purchaser to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the users manual will not be covered under this warranty
  • 9) Normal wear & tear, corrosion, external scratches on surface areas, rusting or stains are not covered under this warranty
  • 1) Once the faulty has been verified and warranty period is still valid, customer are advise to remove the dry unit from the dry cabinet and do a 1-1 exchange at our office.
  • 2) Kindly contact us before coming down so that we can check out stocks and prepare a replacement dry unit for you.
